SPONSOR: Vinyl Siding Institute, Inc. ("VSI"). 1201 15th Street NW, Suite 220, Washington, DC 20005

TIMING: Sweepstakes begins at 8 a.m. EDT on April 16 and ends at 9 p.m. EDT, June 1, 2009.

HOW TO ENTER: You will be entered to win an iPod Touch when you email one or more digital photos (file size no larger than 3 MB in jpg format) of houses built or remodeled with vinyl siding to vinylsiding@r-p.com. Submitted photos must be accompanied by the manufacturer's name/brand of the vinyl siding used and name of siding color(s) for each photo submitted, along with your name, company name, mailing address and daytime phone number. Alternatively, to enter without submitting a photo, hand print your name, mailing address, email address, and daytime phone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to "VSI's iPod Touch Sweepstakes, c/o R/P Marketing Public Relations, 1500 Timberwolf Drive, Holland, Ohio 43528." All mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2009. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by VSI. Multiple entries per person or email address accepted. Entries are non-transferable. Photos submitted become the property of VSI, will not be returned, and may be used for any purposes, in any media known or unknown or hereafter created, in perpetuity, worldwide, including, but not limited to, the right to publish and display the photo; to edit, modify and derivative works based on the photo, and to distribute copies of the photo or derivative works based on the photo, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. SUBMITTING A PHOTO IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ENTRANT'S IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE AND TRANSFERENCE TO VSI OF ANY AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE ENTRANT'S PHOTO INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS EMBODIED IN THE PHOTO.

PHOTO GUIDELINES: All photos must be original to, and owned solely by, the entrant. The photos must not portray any individuals or contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity, trademark rights, copyrights, rights of attribution or integrity, or any other intellectual property rights; that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or that depicts unsafe or illegal conduct; or that violates federal, state or local laws, rules, or regulations.

THE PRIZE: One (1) iPod Touch will be awarded to one (1) winner. The approximate retail value of the iPod Touch is $229. Prize is non-transferable. Prize may not be redeemed for cash or substituted for other products or services.

WINNING: The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about June 15, 2009 conducted by a representative of VSI. Odds of winning will be determined by total number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email, and the prize will be awarded within 30 days after winner confirmation. If a Canadian resident is selected as a potential winner, he/she will be notified by phone (at the phone number provided) and asked a time-based mathematical skill testing question which he/she must answer correctly in the time allocated in order to be eligible to receive the prize. If a potential winner fails to respond to a prize notification or execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity within ten (10) days of notification, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photography, and/or likeness for publicity and/or promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada (excluding Quebec), 21 years of age and older. VSI, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entrant. Employees and immediate family members (parents, children or siblings, whether or not the individual lives in the same household) of VSI, its members, its members' subsidiaries, parent companies, and affiliates, and VSI's agents, successors, and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: VSI and its officers, directors, employees and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunction; theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or misdirected. By entering, all entrants release, indemnify, and hold harmless VSI and its agents, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, officers, and directors, from and against all claims, damages, demands, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize. Void outside the United States and Canada, and where prohibited by law. By participating, all entrants agree to and are bound by these Official Rules and to accept decisions by VSI as final. Apple, Inc., its dealers and vendors do not in any way sponsor, endorse, approve or assume any responsibility for this sweepstakes.
